Christian Post Completes Transition To Ad-Only Website

WASHINGTON, DC—ChristianPost.com, the flagship website of The Christian Post, has finally completed its 12-year transition to a content-free, advertisement-only user experience, William C. Anderson, Publisher and CEO of the Christian news source announced Thursday.

“The completion of this decade-long shift is indicative of The Christian Post‘s commitment to serving up exactly what our customers have come to expect from us: ads, ads, and more ads, without apology, subtlety, or any tact whatsoever,” Anderson explained to reporters.

“Even before our transition to ad-only was complete, The Christian Post was universally acclaimed for our ability to bombard visitors with dozens of advertisements at once, from banners to pop-ups to multiple auto-play videos all shrieking audio simultaneously, overloading the users’ audiovisual faculties while their computer fans scream for mercy.”

“Now that the transition is complete, we’re thrilled with the result,” Anderson added. “And we were so close already, most users probably won’t even notice a difference.”
