Today is Good Friday—the day the church traditionally remembers the death of Jesus Christ on the cross and the Friday before it celebrates His victory over the grave in His bodily resurrection on Sunday. This year will be a strange one for us since gathering together in public worship is mostly prohibited with everyone on pandemic lockdown. We at the Bee hope that we have been a blessing to all of you subscribers through the content on the site and we pray for God's blessings upon you as we meditate upon what Christ did for all of us.
For he grew up before him like a young plant,
and like a root out of dry ground;
he had no form or majesty that we should look at him,
and no beauty that we should desire him.
